Refund & Cancellation Policy

The process for raising a service concern, cancelling a project, and requesting a refund.

Last updated: October 10, 2026
For a service concern, cancellation, or refund request, email info@ziaullahcrestllc.com. Include your order or invoice reference so we can review the correct project.

1. Coverage

This policy applies to services ordered directly from Ziaullah Crest LLC. Independent third-party products and services are governed by their providers’ policies. Read this page together with your written project proposal and our Terms & Conditions.

2. Raise a concern within 14 days

If you are dissatisfied with the project, email info@ziaullahcrestllc.com within 14 days of project initialization. Identify the order, explain how the work differs from the agreed requirements, and include relevant evidence or correspondence. We will first work with you toward a practical resolution through clarification or the revisions included in your package.

The 14-day period is the standard business concern window adapted from our existing policy. It does not limit statutory rights or rights provided by your payment provider or card network.

3. Refund review and eligibility

If concern-resolution efforts do not produce a mutually acceptable outcome, you may request a refund. The request is assessed against the accepted proposal, work completed, outstanding deliverables, payments received, and the circumstances of the concern. A request does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.

Where applicable and permitted by law, refund responsibility relates to the value of the incomplete portion of the agreed project. Delays caused by late payments, missing material, incomplete requirements, or delayed client feedback are considered during the review and are not automatically treated as a failure by Ziaullah Crest LLC.

4. Written cancellation

Send cancellation requests to info@ziaullahcrestllc.com and include the order or invoice reference. We will review the project’s current stage and confirm the remaining work, any eligible refund, and the effect on deliverables. Cancellation and refund decisions are documented in writing. Cancelling a project does not by itself make completed work or incurred third-party costs refundable.

5. Third-party costs

Third-party services and purchases—including hosting, domains, APIs, ecommerce inventory, compliance services, and technical or legal consultancy supplied by third parties—are non-refundable under our standard policy, except where the provider permits a refund or applicable law requires otherwise. Relevant external costs should be identified in the proposal or invoice before they are incurred.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@ziaullahcrestllc.com with your name, order or invoice reference, payment date, amount, reason for requesting a refund, and the prior concern-resolution correspondence. Do not include complete card numbers or card security codes. We will acknowledge the request and review the relevant project records.

7. Processing and payment method

Following the required review and approval, refund processing generally takes 20–25 working days under our standard business policy. We will communicate the decision and the applicable processing details. Any legally required shorter period takes precedence.

An approved refund will ordinarily be issued through the original payment provider to the original payment method, where that method is available. Stripe, Square, banks, or other providers may have separate processing and account-crediting times. We do not promise a specific bank posting date.

8. Refunded deliverables and rights

Where rights to a deliverable are withdrawn as part of a refund settlement, you must stop using the refunded design, source code, or other covered work in accordance with the project agreement and written settlement. Your independently owned materials remain yours. Any rights retained for paid, unrefunded work must be expressly confirmed.

9. Printed books and physical orders

If a print order includes physical products, return, replacement, proof approval, and cancellation conditions must be stated in its order confirmation before payment or production. Contact us if the delivered items are damaged or do not match the approved specifications. Do not return goods without receiving the relevant return instructions.

10. Payment questions and disputes

Contact us first if you do not recognize an invoice or have a billing concern so we can review the transaction. This request for direct contact does not prevent you from using dispute channels provided by your bank, card network, payment provider, or applicable law.
